This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development & Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role involves identifying and pursuing business growth opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and developing sales strategies. The specialist will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with DiTa's mission to drive business success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop tailored proposals and close deals
  • Maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation services
  • Excellent English communication
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Female candidates are preferred
