Part-Time – Commission-Based
Location: Dubai (Remote/hybrid)
About the role
As a Sales Representative in Dubai, you will represent the full DiTa portfolio, including business growth consulting, operational excellence, website development, technology enablement, and executive-as-a-service. Your mission is to open doors with SMEs, startups, and organizations that need structured growth and stronger digital and operational capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in Dubai who can benefit from DiTa services (consulting, operations, technology, and digital presence).
- Diagnose client needs at a high level and match them with suitable DiTa service bundles or solutions.
- Present DiTa’s value clearly, manage follow-ups, and drive deals to closure on a commission-only basis.
- Coordinate with DiTa’s core team on proposals, pricing, and next steps for won opportunities.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally with services, consultancy, or digital/technology offerings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission-only structure.
- Based in Dubai or with strong networks in the UAE market.
